Attorney at law Zara A. Tijanić Jevtović specializes in family law and children’s rights, as well as complex civil litigation and high-profile criminal proceedings.

She was born in Belgrade in 1983.

She graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, where she completed the International Law programme, and passed the Bar Examination in 2009.

Prior to establishing her own law office, she spent nearly 20 years at the renowned Belgrade law office Tomanović, first as a trainee and subsequently as an attorney at law, representing individuals and legal entities before state authorities and courts of general and specialized jurisdiction at all stages of proceedings.

She is distinguished by her ability to conduct comprehensive and detailed legal analysis, with the aim of transforming complex factual circumstances into clear and well-founded legal arguments.

Her work is characterized by a strategic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on the timely identification of potential risks and the ability to prepare and advocate complex legal submissions directly before the courts.

Throughout her professional career, she has acted as defence counsel as part of defence teams in cases before the Special Department of the Higher Court in Belgrade involving a large number of defendants. She has represented leading companies in high-value disputes before the Commercial Court, including disputes involving specialized matters such as air transport, represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and advised and represented both employees and employers in employment disputes.

She possesses specialized knowledge and extensive experience in representing clients in sensitive matters concerning children’s rights and juvenile law.

In recent years, her professional practice has focused particularly on complex family law disputes, including domestic violence proceedings and disputes concerning the division of marital property.

She successfully leads and participates in negotiations aimed at the amicable resolution of disputes, with a particular emphasis on reaching consensual resolutions in family law matters.

She has held a Certificate for Representation of Minors issued by the Judicial Academy in Belgrade since 2015. She has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and the Serbian Bar Association since 2007.

She is fluent in English.

Attorney at law Senja Savić graduated from the University of Manchester School of Law in 2018 and subsequently from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, in 2020. She passed the Serbian Bar Exam in 2023.

Her education within two distinct legal and academic systems has shaped her professional approach and enabled her to view legal matters from a broader perspective, combining domestic and international legal standards and practice.

She gained her professional experience at the renowned law offices Živković Samardžić and Tomanović, where, over the past seven years, she worked on matters across various areas of law and participated in the representation of domestic and international clients in complex legal proceedings.

Her practice encompasses contract and commercial law, employment law, intellectual property law, and criminal law, as well as representation of clients before courts and other competent authorities. Experience gained through working on matters involving diverse legal and factual issues has enabled her to develop a comprehensive and practical approach to resolving legal challenges, focused on protecting clients' interests and achieving sustainable long-term solutions.

In her work, she places particular emphasis on a thorough analysis of the facts, careful assessment of legal and business risks, and the development of a clear strategy for each individual matter.
